How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your order confirmation or log in to your account. We also send live updates on WhatsApp and SMS.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel before your order is packed — usually within 12 hours. Write to us with your order number.

How long does delivery take?

Metros: 2–4 working days. Rest of India: 4–7 working days.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free on prepaid orders across India. A small fee applies to cash on delivery.

What is your exchange policy?

Exchanges for size or style are accepted within 7 days of delivery, for unworn items with tags attached.

Which payment methods do you accept?

UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets and cash on delivery.
